For custom rolls, 1-2 weeks is ideal. For events and weddings, I recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Yes! I service all five NYC boroughs and am available for travel to nearby areas. International bookings are also possible - I've worked in Barcelona and the Netherlands. Travel fees apply outside of NYC.
I work with premium rolling papers, hemp wraps, and other high-quality materials. During consultation, we'll discuss material preferences based on your needs and aesthetic vision.
For event services, guest participation and learning is encouraged! For custom orders, the creation process is done independently to ensure the highest quality, but video documentation can be provided.

Cancellations made 7+ days before service date receive full refund. 3-6 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is always possible with notice.
