1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wolf Designs' website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Wolf Designs provides premium cannabis artistry services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Artistry: Bespoke cannabis craftsmanship tailored to client specifications
• Wedding & Event Services: Live demonstrations and interactive experiences for celebrations
• The Jointception: Our signature multi-layered masterpiece showcasing advanced techniques
• Corporate Events: Professional cannabis artistry experiences for corporate functions
• Add-Ons & Extras: Custom display cases, photo documentation, and premium materials

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

4. Booking and Consultation Process

4.1 Consultation

All custom orders and event services begin with a consultation. This consultation allows us to understand your vision, discuss materials, pricing, and timeline. Consultations are complimentary and do not obligate you to proceed with an order.

4.2 Booking Timeline

Recommended booking timelines:

• Custom rolls: 1-2 weeks in advance
• Events and weddings: 4-8 weeks in advance
• Rush orders: May be available for an additional fee (subject to availability)

4.3 Service Confirmation

Services are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and signed agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Pricing varies based on complexity, materials, event duration, and location. Custom quotes are provided during consultation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary by service type and will be specified during consultation. The deposit is applied toward the total service fee.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit due upon booking confirmation
• Remaining balance due before or at time of service delivery
• Payment plans available for orders over $500
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed-upon methods

5.4 Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for: Travel outside NYC (all five boroughs), rush orders, premium materials, extended event hours, and international bookings. All additional fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation refund policy:

• 7+ days before service date: Full refund of payments (minus non-refundable deposit)
• 3-6 days before service date: 50% refund of payments made
• Less than 3 days before service date: No refund; deposit and payments are forfeited

6.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is always possible with advance notice, subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the original service date may incur a rescheduling fee.

6.3 Wolf Designs Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your service due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses resulting from such cancellation.

7. Custom Orders and Artistic License

7.1 Custom Specifications

We work closely with clients to bring their vision to life. However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We retain artistic license in the execution of custom orders while adhering to agreed-upon specifications.

7.2 Materials

We use premium materials unless otherwise specified. Client-provided materials must be delivered in advance and in suitable condition. We are not responsible for the quality or suitability of client-provided materials.

7.3 Preservation

Custom rolls are works of art. While designed to be functional, many clients choose to preserve them. We provide preservation instructions with each order. Display cases are available as an add-on. We are not responsible for deterioration after delivery.

8. Event Services Terms

8.1 Event Requirements

For event services, clients must provide:

• Adequate workspace with table and seating
• Proper lighting for demonstrations
• Safe and legal venue for cannabis-related activities
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

8.2 Guest Participation

Guest participation and learning experiences are encouraged at events. All participants must be 21+ years of age. The client is responsible for ensuring age verification of all participants.

8.3 Event Duration

Event packages include a specified duration. Extended hours are available for an additional fee. Overtime rates apply if events run beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

9. Photo and Video Documentation

We create photo and video documentation of our work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. By engaging our services, you consent to:

• Photography and videography of the custom pieces and event experiences
• Use of these materials in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials
• Tagging and crediting on social media platforms

If you prefer not to be photographed or have your order documented publicly, please inform us at the time of booking. We will accommodate your privacy preferences.

10. Legal Compliance

10.1 NYC Cannabis Laws

Wolf Designs operates in compliance with New York State cannabis laws and regulations. We provide artistry and event services; we do not sell cannabis products. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

10.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for: Ensuring legal compliance in their jurisdiction, obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for events, ensuring all participants are of legal age, and the lawful use of our custom pieces.

10.3 International Services

For international bookings, additional compliance requirements may apply. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with cannabis laws in their country. We reserve the right to decline international bookings where legal compliance cannot be assured.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Wolf Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from client's use of our services
• We are not liable for deterioration, damage, or loss of custom pieces after delivery
• We are not responsible for actions of event participants or venue-related issues

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs, is the property of Wolf Designs and protected by intellectual property laws. "The Jointception" is a trademark of Wolf Designs. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolf Designs, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable laws, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

14.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolf Designs regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements.
